01. I get an error when trying to work with the Crystal Report feature
The most common reason is because the Crystal Report Runtime (Version 12) is not installed. You can download it here: www.boyum-it.com/sbo

The entering of a productid is optional to the installation. Just ignore it and press next.
03. I have a Crystal report version lower than 2008 (Version 12) installed and I get an error
Boyum IT does not support Crystal report version lower than 2008 (Version 12), as this is the first supported version by SAP. Please download 2008 Crystal Runtime from the above link.
04. I have a problem designing a Crystal Report. Can you help me?
No, Boyum IT does not offer support on the design of Crystal Reports and the report editor in general. Please visit the sdn.sap.com portal to get help or contact SAP Support
05. I get an error that says "The Document has not been opened" when I try to launch/configure a Crystal Report
The following system messages can appear if the PC haven’t had the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package or crystal reports properly installed. This Redistributable Package can be downloaded from Microsoft homepage or the link below(please check if a newer release is a available)

Steps to solve this issue
1. Download Redistributale Package and install
2. Reinstall or Repair Crystal reports
Go to:
Add/Remove programs > Crystal Reports for SAP Business One>right click and cick Repair ( method can differ depending on OS)
06. Freight are not shown correct and lines appear twice in Crystal Document Master
Apply to all B1UP installation that activated B1 Print and Delivery prior to version 3.8.4.0 and use the default Document Master Document

07. I get a "Failed to open the connection" when trying to show a crystal report in the viewer
The exact cause of this error is still unknown, but it is known that reinstalling Crystal Report in one case fixed the issue (Thought to be caused by a corrupt crystal installation)
